Driving schools in Dublin 10

Dublin 10 is Ballyfermot, Cherry Orchard and the housing around Le Fanu Park, on the south bank of the Liffey between Chapelizod and Clondalkin. It is a compact district of wide estate roads, and it is a 30 km/h zone throughout. For a learner that means plenty of room for the basic moves and a fair amount of local traffic, speed ramps and children on the roads after school. Ballyfermot Road itself is the spine of the area and carries buses to the city, with a bus lane in the morning. The Kylemore Road connects south to the Naas Road and the N7 in a few minutes, so a lesson can move from a quiet cul-de-sac to a 60 km/h dual carriageway without going far. Cherry Orchard has a railway station on the Kildare line, and buses run every few minutes along Ballyfermot Road and Kylemore Road. There is no test centre in Dublin 10. Tallaght is the usual choice, about 7 km south by the Kylemore Road and the M50 or the Belgard Road, and Leixlip is reachable west along the N4 for anyone who prefers it. Schools listing Dublin 10 generally cover Dublin 20 too.
